Listen guys as much as I want to see the JW.borg go down in flames I'd much rather see these Muslims convert to the JW.borg than remain Muslims. I know its going from one cult to another but atleast JWs don't go around chopping heads off or promote Sharia or promote violence against the gay community. These people need to have some stability in their life. It is the lesser of two evils.

New TV gadget

i cut my dish network programming to basic....$20 a month ty very much.
instead i have $60 streaming device that gives me everything i need.

Oh I cut the cable strings long ago. I used to pay $120+ per month for the triple package from Verizon Fios. Now I have just high speed internet from Verizon for $44.99 which I share with 3 other neighbors next to me on my floor so I pay just $14 for internet and Netflix for $8 and Magic Jack phone for $2.70. My bill has been reduced by $95 per month which is $1200.00 per year. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but after just 5 years that's an extra $6000.00 in my pocket. I don't know about you guys but an extra $6000 in 5 years is not bad. And my cell phone has been reduced from $100 per month unlimited to just $39 with prepaid. Again, saving $60 per month is $720 per year. -

Out with the old - In with the new - what a cycle.
by morningworship ini was present for the first bethel talk introducing the iron boot back into the field.
i saw many 20-30 year people get reassigned to special pioneering.
this year, most of them got the boot again and were encouraged to regular pioneer (back to back boots):) this week i received a called from some bethelites and guess where they are all being reassigned to.

Thank you. What do you see happening on the inside now? I have been away and disconnected for about 6 months but I am hearing from a close friend that many diehard JWs are closing their ears to the child abuse scandals. They know about it but don't want to accept it. Is this what you are hearing?

The Watchtower is not invincible
by Coded Logic indespite claims to the contrary, there's no guarantee the watchtower will be around in a few decades time.
and it seems to me there's ever mounting evidence that the opposite may well be true.
but it's not just that recruitment is down and their defectors are up.

I'm bitter but I don't hate JWs because they were brainwashed like we all were. After seeing the transformation of my parents from holier than thou homophobic demons while JWs into accepting and non-judgmental loving parents after they woke up and left the ranks I am now convinced that the JW.borg is a dangerous cult. You can't see it while you are in the inside but if you step outside for one moment your eyes are opened.
